After reading these few lines, you will discover the benefits of Mongant, the values of the brand and where our idea came from.
At Mongant, we believe that keeping soft and healthy skin is really important. Blackheads, acne, and other skin problems such as dry skin can have a really bad impact on the health and may affect some people's mental health as well. That is why we created a glove with brand new materials that help deeply exfoliate the skin, removing impurites, eliminating dead skin, and more, to make it soft and shiny.
From Korea, through Turkey and Morocco, here it is now in your bathroom.
The intense Korean cleansing process (called "seshin") has been used for many years now and entails soaking the body in hot water, then rubbing it with a "Korean towel" -- a colorful, thin loofah with a sandpaper-like texture -- to rid the body of all the gunk, dirt and layers of dead skin that accumulate naturally.
In addition to Korea, skin purification is also practiced a lot by Turkish or Moroccan people. A technique that is used all over the world that we wanted to bring to you directly at home.
A traditional Turkish or Moroccan bath package includes 45 minutes of washing; traditional body scrubbing with handwoven wash cloth known as a kese; a foam wash; and a massage. The attendants usually provide visitors with a peshtemal, a thin cotton towel to wrap yourself and a regular towel to use after bathing.
We wanted to bring these techniques to the world, so we decided to create Mongant. An exfoliating glove that allows you to have a similar result as when you leave a Korean spa or Moroccan bath, but without having to travel thousands of miles. A home-made technique for an exceptional result.
