Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To get a refund, you don't need to return the product you purchased. 


The product doesn't work

If your product does not work on your skin, please contact us and we will refund you directly. The only thing we ask before we refund is that you have followed the user manual. If you have not followed the user manual, we request that you first try the product using the manual, and if there is still no result, then we will proceed with the refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can reissue new products. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
