From Korea, through Turkey, now in your bathroom - Mongant

From Korea, through Turkey, now in your bathroom

The intense Korean cleansing process (called "seshin") has been used for many years now and entails soaking the body in hot water, then rubbing it with a "Korean towel" -- a colorful, thin loofah with a sandpaper-like texture -- to rid the body of all the gunk, dirt and layers of dead skin that accumulate naturally.

We wanted to bring this technique to the world, so we decided to create Mongant. An exfoliating glove that allows you to have a similar result as when you leave a Korean spa, but without having to travel thousands of miles. A home-made technique for an exceptional result.

In addition to Korea, skin purification is also practiced a lot by Turkish or Moroccan people. A technique that is used all over the world that we wanted to bring to you directly at home.

A traditional Turkish or Moroccan bath package includes 45 minutes of washing; traditional body scrubbing with handwoven wash cloth known as a kese; a foam wash; and a massage. The attendants usually provide visitors with a peshtemal, a thin cotton towel to wrap yourself and a regular towel to use after bathing.

This technique is unfortunately quite expensive and takes a lot of time. With Mongant, we make it possible for you to spend a relaxing moment while becoming a more than satisfactory result - all this, at home and without spending hundreds of dollars!
