How to Use the file

1. Soak your feet: Start by soaking your feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes to soften the skin. You can add a bit of Epsom salt or foot soak for extra benefits.

2. Dry your feet: Pat your feet dry with a towel, leaving them slightly damp for easier exfoliation.

3. File the skin: Gently rub the glass foot file over callused or rough areas in a circular or back-and-forth motion. Apply light to moderate pressure to avoid damaging your skin.

4. Rinse and clean: After filing, rinse your feet to remove any exfoliated skin. Clean the glass foot file with warm water and soap to keep it hygienic.

5. Moisturize: Finish by applying a rich foot cream or moisturizer to keep your feet soft and smooth.

For best results, use the glass foot file once or twice a week.
